The Bangor congregation was founded in 1976 when Deacon Ron Hoelzer
and his family moved to Bangor to begin caring for several members
living in the area. For the first twenty two years service were held in
rented quarters until a new church building was constructed in 1998. The
Bangor congregation is the northeastern most congregation in the United
States.
The Bangor congregation consists of approximately 30 members with an
active Sunday School. All are welcome to attend services, and all
children are invited to participate in Sunday School. We are located at
