Missionary Work…

The New Apostolic Church USA cares for a number of overseas countries in which we provide missionary support.  Our ministers often travel to offer divine services, meetings, visit the members, and provide soul care on all levels.

In addition, our youth and adult members are also encouraged to accompany the ministers to these countries.  This provides invaluable experiences of faith for both those who travel to these countries and islands and the members who live there.

All our ministers and missionaries are volunteers.

A Special Charitable Fund

In January of 2005, the New Apostolic Church USA District instituted a special charitable fund in order to address the needs of the poor and those who have suffered under catastrophic events and natural disasters.

The fund was established in order to fulfill one of the purposes of the Church, which is “to carry one another in charity and goodwill”. It serves as a vehicle to make special donations beyond our regular congregational offerings. Together with our prayers we want to be an example of what King David said in Psalm 41:1&2 (part), “Blessed is he who considers the poor; the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. The Lord will preserve him and keep him alive, and he will be blessed on the earth.”

Contributions so designated by church members, guests or any other person or company will be separately accounted for and used to provide worldwide relief to the poor.  Donations are used towards general benevolence programs that support, for example, Aids Awareness, Drought Relief, Natural Disaster Aid, Orphans and Widows, and Water Well Projects.  No administrative costs are deducted from contributions earmarked to this World Relief fund.

Special relief donations can be made by check or wire as follows:

Charitable Work…

Charitable and social work is also growing in significance. This includes donations of food, medicine and clothing. And in poor countries and regions, kindergartens, schools, hospitals and clinics also receive financial support.

The New Apostolic Church USA currently cares for the following countries and territories, in addition to the United States:

American Samoa, Bahamas, Belize, Bermuda, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Grenada, Guam, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Marshall Islands, Mexico, Micronesia, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Samoa, Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela.
