God wants all of us to examine ourselves, recognize our offenses, and identify where sin was committed. There are times that we are very generous with our own weaknesses. God wants to see that we recognize ourselves properly. This is the prerequisite for improvement.
If you are so generous with yourself, you won’t even think of changing something in your life. Always be prepared to scrutinize yourself.
